訂單一經確認,便無法更改及取消訂單。我們建議你於確認訂單前,仔細核對訂單內的產品、數量及總額等資料。如你於確認訂單後發現個人資料錯誤,請連同訂單編號電郵至 info@winemood.com.hk 或致電 (852)2968 1333 / (852)6368 1372與客戶服務員聯絡。
成功訂購後,你會獲發訂單編號,以便日後向客戶服務部查詢訂單狀態。你可從下列途徑查閱你的訂單編號:
- 當你成功訂購後,頁面會隨即顯示你的訂單編號 ;
- 訂單確認電郵會發送至你所提供的電郵地址,內附已確認的訂購資料及你的訂單編號;或
- 登入帳戶後點選「我的帳戶」,從「我的訂單」查看你的訂單。
由於所有訂單均由電腦系統即時處理,因此訂單一經確認,你便無法更改訂單送貨地址,請遞交訂單前仔細核對資料。

我們的送貨時間為星期一至星期六,送貨時段為每日中午12時至晚上9時,星期日及公眾假期日中午12時至晚上7時。
如果您因在首次約定的送貨預約時失約或因您提供不準確地址而導致您未能收取您訂購的產品,我們會保留向您收取額外送貨費用的權利。
WINEMOOD 嚴格確保安全及質量,若客户購買冷凍食品,本公司會在發貨前連繫確認收件時間並以恆袋包裝運送,一般大約可保持食品質量3至4個小時(部分食品除外)。
購買冷凍食品的客人需留意是否在送遞時間有人收件。如食品因延遲收件而變壞,恕不提供退換或退款服務。
若懸掛八號或以上風球訊號、紅色或黑色暴雨警告訊號、嚴重水浸或道路受封,導致送貨服務延誤或暫停,我們將盡力安排下一個正常工作天送貨。
所有送貨日期和時間均為預計送貨日期和時間。實際送貨時間及日期視否天氣狀況及路面狀況。
如在預定日期內仍未收到你訂購的產品,我們建議你先登入會員帳戶,核對有關訂單的收貨地址及聯絡電話號碼是否正確。

若你收到貨品後發現產品損壞、或數量與訂單不符或產品有品質問題,請於收到產品7個工作天內,將訂單編號、產品名稱、更換原因及產品相片紀錄電郵至 info@winemood.com.hk,客戶服務員會盡快處理。
請你保留訂單收據、送貨單及產品原有包裝。除非產品損壞或有缺陷,已打開或已使用的產品,恕不提供退換或退款服務,請按此了解更換及退貨及退款細則。

We accept online payments, including Paypal, Visa, Mastercards, AE and offline payments including FPS, Payme and Bank Transfer.

Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled. We recommend that you carefully check the product, quantity and total amount in the order before confirming the order. After ordering successfully, you will be given an order number for future reference with us. The order number is made available to you in the following ways:
- The order number is available immediately at the order confirmation page; or
- The order number is included in the order confirmation email; or
- The order number is shown in “My Orders” under “My Account” after logging in to your member account.
If you wish to change the delivery address, please send a request within 2 hours of order confirmation.

Unless otherwise specified, please collect the purchased items within one month from receiving the delivery notice. We reserve the right to cancel the order if the collection is overdue.
WINEMOOD adopts a membership system for free delivery service (except for regular promotion):
- PREMIER CREW members who purchase HKD 1,200 or above (amount after discount) will receive free delivery service*
- GRAND CREW members who purchase HKD 800 or above (amount after discount) will receive free delivery service
If the total amount of the order (after the discount) is less than the specified amount and you cannot enjoy the free delivery service. We will charge a delivery fee of HK$100. Please note that each order is limited to only one delivery location.
*All customers will automatically become PREMIER CREW members after the first order.
Our delivery time is Monday to Saturday, the delivery time is from 12 noon to 9 pm daily, and from 12 noon to 7 pm on Sundays and public holidays.
Please note that should you be unavailable at the shipping address to collect your order at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to charge you for the following delivery attempts.
WINEMOOD strictly guarantees safety and quality. If customers purchase frozen foods, our company will confirm the delivery time before shipment and deliver them in constant bags. Generally, the quality of the food can be maintained for about 3 to 4 hours (except for some foods).
Customers who purchase frozen food should pay attention to whether someone picks up the package during delivery time. If the food deteriorates due to delayed collection, no return, exchange or refund service will be provided.
If the typhoon signal No. 8 or above, the red or black rainstorm warning signal, severe flooding or road closures cause the delivery service to be delayed or suspended, we will try our best to arrange the delivery on the next normal working day.
All delivery dates and times are estimated delivery dates and times. The actual delivery time and date depends on weather conditions and road conditions.
If you have not received the product you ordered within the scheduled date, please log in to your member account and confirm the delivery address and contact phone number of the order.
If the information is correct, please email to [email protected] with the order number or call (852)2968 1333 / (852)6368 1372 to contact the customer service representative.
If you find that the product is damaged, or the quantity does not match the order or the product has quality problems after receiving the goods, please email the order number, product name, reason for replacement and product photo record to [email protected] within 7 working days after receiving the product, customer service staff will handle it as soon as possible.
Please keep the order receipt, delivery note and the original packaging of the product. Unless the product is damaged or defective, the product that has been opened or used will not be returned or refunded. Please click here to understand the replacement and return and refund rules.
